Single Item Problem Solving Inspections
Do you have a problem area that needs a professional assessment? Aztech are qualified builders and are available to assess any single item problem areas. Aztech will identify the cause of the problem and recommend a solution. Examples of problems may include a sagging roof or ceiling, deteriorating brickwork, or moisture and leaks that our building inspectors are qualified to assess and provide a practical solution.

What will we do?

• Arrange an Aztech building inspector to visit the property
• Organise access to the property with you or the occupant
• Undertake a comprehensive inspection with photos of the problem areas
• Prepare a report and email the report to you within 24 hours of the inspection
