Hi Richard,
I would like to pass on thanks for the recent Per Purchase inspection you completed on the property we were selling. The property I believed was in a good structural condition, however my wife and I only used it occasionally for a weekender when we stayed in the city down from Kalgoorlie. I understand whilst at the home you carried out minor tasks, such a replacing broken roof tiles with the spares in the store. As we are not local, we really appreciated this for saving us the time and cost of sourcing a handy man to do the work for us, and I am sure the purchaser is also very satisfied and happy with knowing that there are no concerns with maintenance. Keep up the conscientious work.

I engaged Richard from Aztech building inspections to conduct a property inspection on a home we intended on buying. Richard advised the perspective purchaser that there was a structure on the property which was not built in approved manner and in his professional opinion, the structure would not have been council approved. He recommended we speak with the local council who confirmed that there were many issues with the structure.
I am most impressed by Richards’s advice and knowledge on building and structures. I can’t tell you how happy I am we have had this property inspection Perth report done and that we saved ourselves much heartache and in excess of $15,000 to correct the structural issues.
