The Pre-Purchase Structural Building Report

A thorough building inspection and accurate building report on the structural building elements of a home. It complies with Australian Standard 4349.1 and satisfies the requirements of the REIWA Structural Building Condition Annexure.

What’s included:

Around the grounds: Patios pergolas & carports. Retaining wall associated with main residence only.

Roof Void: Timber or steel framed structures.

Structural Building Components: Foundations, concrete floors & subfloor supports where visible, walls (external & internal), lintels (external & internal) piers and columns.

Non Structural Building Components: Tiles, ceilings and balustrades.
